“Chase is my absolute favorite part of every day. Never did I think I would be working out 6 days a week, let alone 6 days a week VIRTUALLY! But after taking the leap 7 months ago, I could never go back! Her morning classes are the best way to start the day and she makes working out totally stress-free.
